Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to everyone in the AfriEsim affiliate programme. They add to the Terms of Service.

1. Joining

You apply at afriesim.net/affiliate-program. We review every application by hand and may decline or later remove one without giving a reason. You must be 18 or older. Your account is active once we email you that it is approved; clicks before approval do not earn.

2. Your link and code

You get a code and a link of the form https://afriesim.net/?ref=CODE. The code can be added to any page on afriesim.net. When a visitor arrives through your link we store a cookie for 30 days. The first affiliate link the visitor clicked wins; a later click by another affiliate does not take over.

3. Commission

You earn 10% of the order total, after discounts, of every paid and completed order placed by a visitor while your cookie is valid. Top-ups and repeat orders by the same visitor within the 30 days count too. An order that is refunded or charged back does not earn; if it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payout. We may agree a different rate or a minimum per order with you in writing.

If we give you a coupon code for your audience, orders that use the coupon count for you even without the link. If an order carries another affiliate's link and your coupon, the link wins.

4. What is not allowed

No self-referrals: orders you place yourself, or for your own business, earn nothing. No coupon abuse: you may not post your coupon on coupon or deal sites, or bid on the AfriEsim name in paid search. No cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no pop-unders, no spam, no misleading claims about prices or coverage. Do not present yourself as AfriEsim. Breaking any of these ends the agreement and forfeits unpaid commission.

5. Payouts

Earnings show in your portal as they happen. Once your balance reaches $25 you can request a payout from the portal, once a week at most. We pay within 7 days by bank transfer or PayPal, in US dollars, less any bank fees on your side. Resellers can have the balance credited to their reseller wallet instead. We may hold a payout for up to 30 days while a chargeback or a refund is open.

6. Your taxes

Commission is paid gross. Declaring and paying any tax on it is your responsibility. We can give you a statement of what we paid on request.

7. Changes and ending

We may change the rate or these terms with 14 days notice by email. Either side can end the agreement at any time by email; commission earned before the end is still paid. We may suspend an account at once when we see abuse or fraud.

8. Liability

The programme is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to the commission due. We are not liable for lost earnings when the site, the link tracking or a payment method is unavailable.
