Terms of Service

Last updated November 2026. AfriEsim is operated by FLEXYCOM SAS.

By buying and using an AfriEsim eSIM you agree to these terms. AfriEsim provides prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles for use while travelling.

Your plan

Each plan has a fixed data allowance and validity. Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not at the time of purchase. Plans are data only unless stated, and hotspot sharing is allowed.

Delivery

Your eSIM QR code and activation details are delivered by email within minutes of a successful payment, and are also shown on the order confirmation page.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. Keep your activation details private; an eSIM profile can only be installed once.

Acceptable use

Plans are for personal use. Reselling, abuse, or use that breaches the local network operators' terms may result in suspension without refund.
