Refund Policy

We want you connected. If something goes wrong, we will help or refund.

When you can get a refund

If your eSIM fails to connect at your destination and our support team cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund of that plan.

When we cannot refund

Plans that have been installed and used, or where the data allowance has been consumed, are generally non-refundable. An eSIM that was never installed can be cancelled for a refund.
